The School of Emergency Services which includes The Institute of Emergency Services and Homeland Security (IESHS) and the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy (UFRA) Academic and Training Departments, is under the auspices of Utah Valley University (UVU).

It is the objective of the School of Emergency Services to promote safety in all that we do. By setting the example we hope that Utah can become the leading State for safe practices. As part of our safety program we have adopted the:
